The Neighborhood Design Center will be presenting its findings.
2. Trash Transfer Station
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address.
3. Backyard Hens
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address.
4. Booms and Noises
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor is seeking to put together a committee to work on this matter with CSX.
5. Fuego Special Exception
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor and Council have taken a position of opposition to permitting this Adult Entertainment establishment. The Town is waiting for the matter to be scheduled before the Zoning Hearing Examiner.
6. Discussion Ordinance O-1-13 Amending the Personnel Section
Decision Required: Whether to move to first reading.
The staff is requesting an amendment to the Personnel Section to more clearly list certain conduct that will be considered grounds for termination.
7. Discussion – Zone Parking
Decision Required: Whether to consider amending Ordinance.
Attached is a list of residents in favor and against changing the zone parking requirements that were called into the front office.
8. Pedestrian Safety Issue
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor and Town Council directed the staff to look at the fiscal impact of a proposed annexation. Staff will present its finding.
